Project Development and Financing Services

Through various public-private-partnership (PPP) arrangements CTG focuses its
attention on meeting the development of the capital facilities needs of state and
municipal governments (nationally and internationally), public and private
educational institutions, and corporations. We invest as principals and also on
behalf of other financial institutional clients; and partners with architectural,
engineering and construction firms and financial institutions to provide vertically
integrated solutions for the planning, design, development, construction, and
financing for the capital facility needs of the aforementioned entities.

Management Consultancy and Business Advisory Services

In general, CTG and its affiliated partners provide the following advisory services to assist its clients in meeting their strategic and operational needs:

Strategic Planning: developing and implementing strategic, operational, and business planning, inclusive of feasibility studies;

Project Development and Financing: sourcing public and private capital to address long-term and short-term needs for both public and private sector entities;

Financial Planning and Management: designing and implementing financial
planning, monitoring and reporting systems; and purchasing and procurement systems;

Master Planning including energy management and sustainability; design and construction; and facilities rehabilitation, upgrade, and management.

Information Technology: planning, designing and implementing information technology and enterprise resource planning and management systems.
